Concept
So, you have come across our website either through our many customer testimonials, recommendations and signage, or you’ve seen the benefits of our services on the web. The first step is to make contact with us so we can guide you around our products and begin the process.
At this initial stage of the Bespoke Design Service, we will ask questions about the use of the building, the size you are looking for and any other products that may need to be included such as concrete blocks or signature shipping containers. This may be amalgamated into a site visit if one is required.
When we return to our office all the information we have gathered will allow us to initiate the design process and begin to build your tailored industrial shelter or canopy on paper (or the computer!).
Design
After our initial correspondence, we will work to provide you with detailed drawings to aid the visualisation of the project we are undertaking.
The drawings and quotes that are produced will lead us the ideal shelter solution for your business. Here CAD and other technical drawings will be brought together and incorporated into our quote so it’s clear what a great product you are receiving.
At the end of this process and when all parties are content with the final design, we will look to the next stage of the Bespoke Service. We will require a deposit payment at this stage to book your production slot in our factory before your build can begin.
Build
Upon payment of the deposit the building will be booked in for manufacturing and, dependant on the specification of your building, will vary in production time.
During this time, we look to any other amenities that you required during the design phase. We may deliver any concrete blocks to the site so they can be constructed, or the shipping containers that you have ordered from ourselves may arrive so that the foundations of the shelter are ready before installation.
delivery
When the building is ready for dispatch we will email all regarding parties to make you aware that the final payment is to be raised and upon such payment, the building will be with you on the agreed date of delivery or around 48 hours after the payment is made.

The building kit will arrive on a lorry ready to be offloaded and installed on your pad foundation. We will be on-site to offload and construct the building with our highly skilled team.
WHERE CAN I BUILD MY SHELTER?
WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS TO AVOID EXTREMELY EXPOSED AREAS SUCH AS COASTAL REGIONS, HIGH GROUND AND TO USE BUILDING COVER AND FLORA COVER WHEN POSSIBLE.
OUR SHELTERS CAN BE ERECTED ON MOST GROUND TYPES:
HARD-STANDING - CONCRETE - TARMAC (site-specific)

WE COVER MOST OF ENGLAND, WALES AND AREAS OF SCOTLAND. YOU'LL SEE OUR SHELTERS ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY FROM THE NORTH TO THE SOUTH WE CAN KEEP YOU DRY IN THE TURNING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
DELIVERY COSTS VARY DEPENDANT ON YOUR LOCATION.
